You have the right to return your artwork up to a fortnight after delivery, provided it is received in its original condition and fit for re-sale. You should ensure that works to be returned are packaged safely, as received, and that works are returned back within two weeks. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and should ensure that a reliable delivery method is used.
I make sure that all goods are in excellent condition before dispatching, however, on rare occasions orders can be damaged whilst in transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must let us know immediately upon receiving the item, as we cannot be held responsible for defects after this point. We require that photographs are taken of the damage immediately, and sent to bethbarrington@hotmail.co.uk. In these circumstances, Beth is responsible for the return postage costs, and will endeavour to repair and replace your order as soon as possible.
